Data collected
The demo request form collects the information you provide voluntarily: name, work email, media outlet, job title, stated need and availability. This data is not placed in the URL and is not published.
Purposes and legal basis
The data is used to respond to demo requests, to prepare commercial discussions and to follow up on the pre-contractual relationship. The legal basis is the consent given when the form is sent and Verbatim’s legitimate interest in responding to the requests it receives.
Recipients and retention period
The data is intended for Verbatim and for the technical service providers needed to send and receive messages. It is kept for a reasonable period linked to the handling of the request, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable obligations.
Hosting and transfers
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and served from the Paris region (cdg1). Verbatim favours hosting and processing data in Europe. The technical service providers and their safeguards are set out in the contractual documentation.
AI and the AI Act
Verbatim provides AI agents for research, analysis and writing, designed to be used under human control. Verbatim records the origin of every line of a text: the user, the AI or a source. This statement does not replace the contractual or regulatory documentation specific to each deployment.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of its processing. You can object to its processing and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, contact jules@verbatim.media. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
