Early on the story
The Monitoring agent follows hundreds of sources, day and night: the press, public registers, official decisions, social media and the sites you add. It tells you about anything that changes a story, with the excerpt that proves it. A new source found by a search engine joins your monitoring. Every finding keeps its source. Soon, the iPhone app will let you follow your agents and approve what goes out.
Publishing fast
The Writing agent produces a first draft from one or several wire stories, a press release or your notes. The draft follows the format you choose and your house style, learned from your published articles. The same sources give you the article, the news brief, the podcast script and the note. The Checking agent checks every claim before the draft reaches the approval queue.
Investigating with a small team
The Reading agent reads your documents in full, 40,000 pages if needed, and answers with the exact page. The People agent finds who knows and drafts the interview requests. The Prep agent prepares each interview, and Verbatim checks every answer live. The agents work in parallel, for hours or for weeks, and check each other’s work.
Keeping the proof
Verbatim records the origin of every line: the journalist, the AI or a source. It also records the model used for each article. If a story is challenged, the newsroom knows who wrote each sentence and where each fact comes from. The AI Act report covers the whole team.

VerbatimOS publishes to WordPress or any tool connected by webhook. We handle the integrations in your newsroom: CMS, agency feeds, document archive. Your projects and your monitoring will soon open in Claude and ChatGPT too.
Pricing
VerbatimOS costs €109 to €249 a month, depending on modules and usage. Take the full OS or only the modules you need. The price is fixed, with no AI usage billed on top.

Do we have to leave our CMS?
No. VerbatimOS publishes to WordPress or any tool connected by webhook. The built-in CMS is one module among others.
Can we take only some modules?
Yes. You choose from the built-in CMS, story assignment, work-in-progress tracking, the approval queue and the AI Act report. All of them run on the same agents.
How long does it take to get started?
